Megan Budge

Wilderness Medicine Instructor

Megan Budge

Megan Budge grew up in the shadow of Utah's Wasatch Mountains and was skiing and climbing by the age of three. The daughter of a mountain guide and avid climber, every weekend of her childhood was spent in the mountains. Family vacations usually involved packing into an old Toyota Camry to reach locales such as Yosemite, the Tetons and the City of Rocks. After attending Wellesley College in New England, Megan moved back west in 2012. Her love of the mountains has taken her all over the western United States and Canada. When she is not teaching for NOLS Wilderness Medicine or guiding for Rainier Mountaineering Inc, she is searching for powder skiing and preparing to start medical school.
