The Leader is a magazine for NOLS alumni and is published three times a year in April, August, and November. The magazine tells stories about how NOLS grads are using their skills to step forward boldly as leaders and engage in their communities.
NOLS grads are living their values by engaging, educating, and exposing others to the lessons they learned at NOLS. The magazine is broken into three sections.
Engage
Stories of grads recognizing the wild they face in their life.
Educate
Stories of grads teaching the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate uncertainty.
Expose
Stories of grads pushing themselves to experience the uncertain.
