This immersive 80-day expedition unfolds in carefully structured phases to ensure your growth as a leader and outdoor adventurer. Here's what to expect:
Day 1-7: Arrive and acclimate to the region. Set out with your team for foundational skills training, including backpacking gear orientation, Leave No Trace principles, and wilderness medicine instruction.
Day 8-30: Begin the backpacking expedition. As you explore the mountains, you'll work on your physical endurance, navigation skills, and leadership exercises. You'll also engage in daily debriefs with your instructors to reflect on group dynamics and leadership strategies.
Day 31-50: Introduce rafting challenges on the River Kali. Work on communication, decision-making, and adaptive leadership during this physically demanding phase.
Day 51-70: Continue developing your leadership style with real-world challenges, working closely with your team to solve problems and adapt to changing conditions. Cultural immersion with local families will deepen your understanding of the area’s traditions.
