Day 1: Arrive in the Kumaon region, meet your instructors, and review gear and logistics. Begin your trek with a warm-up hike, adjusting to the altitude and terrain.
Days 2-12: Embark on the core of the expedition, trekking across rugged mountain terrain, navigating through dense forests, and gaining altitude each day. Along the way, you’ll participate in technical skills training, leadership development, and cultural immersion.
Day 13: Trek back to the starting point, reflecting on the journey, finalizing skills, and preparing for the return to the NOLS base.
Day 14: Return to the base camp for a final debrief and celebration, sharing your experiences with fellow participants before concluding the course.
