Alli Lambert brings over two decades of advancement experience to her role as the vice president of advancement for NOLS. She has spearheaded major fundraising efforts and successful donor relations from small liberal arts colleges to large public universities. Most recently, Alli served as Chief Development Officer at Colby College, providing strategic leadership as part of the school’s $1B Dare Northward campaign, driving the giving strategy, and directing the operations of a large, high-performing advancement team.

Before Colby College, Alli served as Vice President and Assistant Vice President of the University of Vermont Foundation, where she led a team to raise $120 million for a mix of capital and funding needs, one of the foundation’s most successful fundraising years. She also has held previous senior leadership roles at the University of California, Riverside, and Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.

Alli has a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College and a Master in Education from Endicott College. She and her wife, Maria, and black lab, Milo, currently reside in Maine and love exploring the outdoors as much as possible.
