Chandra spends her time split between her two passions wilderness and science. She has a graduate degree in ecology and has worked all over the world on a number of conservation projects from the western US, Alaska, Antarctica and the South Pacific. Chandra has worked as a professional guide mountaineering and climbing as well as instructing for many organizations including NOLS and Outward Bound. When not playing in the mountains or doing research she can be found gardening, yoga-ing, surfing, reading, giggling, skiing with her favorite 4-legged friend, cooking and practicing her dance moves. Her favorite "super hero" is a tie between Animal and the Swedish chef from the Muppets.
