Grayson Dill

Wilderness Medicine Instructor

Grayson Dill

Born in the NC Mountains, Grayson grew up outside of Charlotte, NC. After attending UNC, he spent some time in Washington D.C., living abroad, and attending graduate school before settling into the banking business in Charlotte. Grayson currently leads analytics strategy for Bank of America’s Consumer and Small Business Anti-Money Laundering compliance program.

Grayson is an avid hiker and high altitude mountaineer with notable summits in both Americas, Africa, Europe, and Asia. He believes expedition mountaineering is a perfect backdrop for practicing teamwork, discipline, risk management, and conservation. It’s also a nice break from his day job.

Grayson is also an active member of the American Alpine Club and is both a Wilderness First Responder and NC EMT. As a Wilderness Medicine Instructor, Grayson enjoys sharing a body of knowledge rich in both technical competencies and in softer leadership skills like expedition behavior and tolerance for adversity and uncertainty.
