Herman L. Stude

Herman took a NOLS Spring Semester in Baja in 1991 and in August of 1996 he was in Wyoming to climb Gannett Peak on an alumni course. In 1990 he received a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and in 1995 he received an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He runs an investment firm and volunteers for several charitable organizations in the Houston area and is a member of The Brown Foundation. His outdoor interests include wilderness, wildlife preservation, and water conservation. Herman, wife, Aliyya, son, Micajah, daughter, Soraya, live in Houston.
