Jayme Blackburn serves as the Chief of Staff at NOLS. In her role, Jayme is a member of the Executive Team, providing essential support to both the Board of Trustees and the office of the President.

She initially joined NOLS in 2019 as part of the Human Resources team before transitioning to support the president directly in 2021.

Before becoming a NOLSie, Jayme accumulated diverse experience, including managing call-center operations and working in advertising sales. This led her to a radio gig where she was named "The Discount Diva."

Originally hailing from Colorado, Jayme spent a significant portion of her life in Las Vegas, Nevada, before relocating to Lander, Wyoming, seeking a quieter lifestyle and less traffic.

Outside of her professional commitments, Jayme embraces her role as a dedicated soccer mom, passionately cheering on her children from the sidelines.

A true NOLS family, the Blackburns have all experienced the school's transformative programing, making them avid participants in the employee discount program (the Discount Diva strikes again!).

Jayme earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Mesa State University.
