Jen Sall is the program director for NOLS Rocky Mountain. Jen first took a student course with NOLS in 1999, wanting to learn skills for her personal trips. The positive learning environment and investment in growth that NOLS provided for students led her to take an instructor course in 2002. While working in the field for a number of years, her favorite part was watching people do things that they didn’t think they could, then seeing them excel and evolve because of it. Jen’s favorite thing to do is be outside with her family, and she aspires to be like her dog, Goose.
