Vinay is from Bangalore and grew up climbing & hiking in Southern India. Vinay served with the Indian Air Force as a combat pilot for a short stint before his love for the great outdoors took over. He has been climbing, guiding since the early 90’s, and has worked in various leadership roles across the adventure travel and outdoor learning industry. With an MS in Outdoor Education, he is a Certified Professional Facilitator working with adult populations in the areas of Team Performance & Leadership Development. He has worked & climbed on 6 continents and is an accomplished mountaineer, club level - paraglider pilot, advanced scuba diver, wilderness first responder and a NOLS Instructor since 1998. He continues to look for new adventures with his twins.
